Hazel is passionate about working in businesses where the end product is designed to make people healthier and happier, and where delivering incredible experiences deliver the best business results. Her time at David Lloyd saw her lead the construction of their first club outside of Europe, a 90,000sqft, nine storey facility in India.

Hazel started to learn to surf when she joined Crest Experiences. A lifelong snow-sports enthusiast allowed her to transfer those skills into a cruising goofy footer.

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Elliott’s ability to support and influence ambitious teams across an organisation has been refined in both global and start up businesses. His broad skillset challenges transformative projects in financial leadership and risk management.

Elliott’s finger is always hovering over the latest trade-in boards from boardshop, deciding which ones to add to his quiver, and is occasionally found chasing heavier swells on his bodyboard.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

As a passionate sportsman, there aren’t many sports that Andy’s operational background hasn’t managed. At his time with TUI, Andy led their overseas ski operations in 9 countries, overseeing 17 international airports and 140 ski resorts.

Andy loves a more mellow wave or a family splash session, but is already an Ironman 70.3, with a full distance event scheduled in 2026.

HEAD OF COMMERCIAL

Joe has spent his professional career in the sports industry, finding ways to enable more people to benefit from the power it has to unite and inspire. His time at the England and Wales Cricket Board started with creating mass participation programmes for kids, and then he became responsible for growing audiences at Vitality Blast matches across the country.

Growing up in Cornwall allowed Joe to fall in love with the sea, and likes nothing more than a post work dash to Perranporth to surf at sunset when he’s back home.
